Thanks! No, I wasn't inspired by any one particular armor design; it's a mix of all sorts of fantasy and historical armor designs, along with some of my own that I made up.

The posing and energy is really well done. The only thing to improve is a bit on the linework. The lines are a bit too consistent the need some thinner ends to make it look a bit more natural. But nevertheless thats a really great job you go there.
